| Description: | An old favourite of mine. I have been visiting this little art gallery since I was young and the collections they have never seem to get old for me. Of course, I was merely dreaming. This art gallery was founded in 1824 and they have over 2,300 paintings dating all the way from the 13th century. Entry to the museum is free of charge, the way all art galleries should be. They do have special exhibitions at times and these must require a fee. And since they do not charge a fee for entry, they do need assistance in terms of donation. If you are somehow rich, you could donate to their cause, which is to further the understanding of art. One day I hope that my own self portraits will be displayed there. One of them will be subtlety titled "The Big Fat Dude". |
