| Description: | Real Age? What mean? I have no idea what they mean but this looks like a health site. You can take the real age test and get your real age which I assume is the "age" which they think you should be. Yes, the older the worse off you are. Just look around you at those old folks and you will understand what I mean. They are cranky and when they walk, they look like they are about to fall. Which then mean that you will have to go forward to help them. Anyway, other than the RealAge test, you should check out the various health tips and advise they have provided - some of which are pretty good. I know there are no perfect solutions, but RealAge makes it such a way that it is easy to understand and best of all, easy to fulfill. Especially check out the section of Doctor's Advise - quite useful for the general user (like most of us). |
