| Description: | We all know Robo Bank, now meet Rabo Bank. Most likely created after robocop and his sidekick rabocop retired, they used all their money to start their two banks. Na, just kidding. They are a bank based in the Netherlands and their main focus is the food and agricultural industry. They also claim to be into sustainability-oriented banking. I have no idea what that means. Most likely they are talking about those new age farming methods where they are organic and so on. Not too sure whether this will actually work though. However we do see an increased in the number of organic farmers and organic produce in our local supermarket due to increased demand for such products. Well, I am no expert, maybe in the long run, they will capture the entire market since I am pretty sure not many banks are concentrating on this. Well, only time can tell. |
