| Description: | One of the weirdest website ever. It is some sort of a money collection thingy. Basically what you do is create an Widget on their site saying that you need funds for this or that project, then embed this Widget on your site and then wait for the money to keep rolling in. Wow, this is so cool. I should probably have tons of such "ChipIn" widgets on my site like "I need a new laptop" or "My girlfriend's pregnant" or "My dog ate my lunch" and so on. Of course how true is that, we all have no idea. But I am guessing the idea is rather sound and the advantage of using their widget is that you just need a few lines of code and you can easily manage the different "contributions". Furthermore, those naive contributors can see how much more dough you need to finish your projects. Oh, you need a Paypal account. |
