Communities In Schools (CIS) is an organization created to help children succeed in school as well as to prepare for life afterwards. CIS uses a community-based model to achieve their goals. They partner with schools, families and community organizations to create a powerful support system for the children and to create effective programs for them. They are also the largest "Stay In School" network in the United States and provides support and aid to more than 2 million kids. You can also do your part by donating or volunteering.

| Achieve, Inc
Achieve is a non-profit organization dedicated to help children and young adults to prepare for life after school. They hope to do this by raising the academic standards and strengthening the accountability for all involved. By monitoring the student's performance and ensuring that students are equipped with the right knowledge and skills, they hope to convince schools and colleges to up to par. Achieve has the support and the ears of many politicans and business leaders and currently they have 29 states conforming to their high schools requirements.
