Famous manufacturer of badminton, golf and tennis sports item. When I was young, I remember using their rackets when I was playing badminton. Not surprising, they are still one of the largest manufacturers of badminton sport accessories. They are based in Japan. What is interested is that they started out as a manufacturer of wooden floats for fishing nets. They then started producing badminton rackets and have expanded to other sporting equipments. And I am pretty sure that nearly every country in the world has a shop selling one of their products.

Although they have mainly links, here you can find information on the sport, events, links, badminton organizations and many others. They have sections on the rules of badminton, it's history and will provide you instructions to run a badminton competition. They have links to sites which provide tips on coaching and training. Badminton Central is the leading website for news on the badminton world. Their main purpose is to promote the sport of badminton around the world. You can read up on the latest news and happenings. You can also read user-submitted articles, tips, guides and techniques to help improve your game. They have badminton product reviews and members can recommend these products to others as well. In addition, they have a photo gallery full of pictures of famous or upcoming badminton players. Their forums are active with others who have the same interest in this sport.

Badminton World Federation is the official international governing body for the sport of badminton. They have 135 member countries around the world. They hold and organizes regular badminton events like World Badminton Championships, Thomas Cup, Uber cup and Sudirman Cup. I have never been a fan of badminton, but a lot of people seemed to be interested, especially in Asia. The BWF is headquartered in Kuala Lampur Malaysia currently.
