Yes, they are fighting for your rights as a paying consumer. Don't we just hate all those big companies making millions of us without holding any responsibility at all? I know that capitalism is the mainstay in the United States, but come on, a little control and regulation is needed. And this is where The Consumerist comes in. What we have right now is not enough to protect consumers. Read on articles and posts regarding the weird side of capitalism and what ridiculous policies coming from the government agencies that are supposed to be protecting the consumers (but are actually protecting these businesses).
