An independent and non-profit organization dedicated to reducing global poverty and inequity through global development and enrichment. In other words, they are trying to make globalization work for everyone else. They hope to accomplish this by research and working with other organizations to help make life better for those in poorer countries. They have done numerous research on how first world countries' policies will impact third world nations, all of which are available from this site. They have also helped put forward ideas and proposals on global issues, some of which have been taken up. Well, that is indeed a start right?
