Wow, this is so cool. I should probably have tons of such "ChipIn" widgets on my site like "I need a new laptop" or "My girlfriend's pregnant" or "My dog ate my lunch" and so on. Of course how true is that, we all have no idea. But I am guessing the idea is rather sound and the advantage of using their widget is that you just need a few lines of code and you can easily manage the different "contributions". Furthermore, those naive contributors can see how much more dough you need to finish your projects. Oh, you need a Paypal account.

This is a site for users to either post a project (for a fee) or for free lancers bid on existing ones. User can find freelancer programmers, writers, web consultants, graphic or web designers, translators, among others. For those seeking a job or a project, they can bid on projects as well. The online process allows peoples from different countries to come and bid for projects to keep costs down. Their payment system is pretty straightforward -, bidding or submitting  is free, but either the freelancer or the client will pay the service fee once the price is agreed to complete the transaction. Thus, once the payment terms and project is accepted, normal communication (via email or instant messaging) can continue. The concept actually works.

More or less a RSS aggregator for news. If you are just too lazy to browse the Internet and even to install a desktop news aggregator, then welcome to convenience heaven. Let them do all the work for you while you just read the headlights - basically what most people do nowadays. What happened to real news? Megite is divided into different categories, so choose one that interests you. Or you can read someone else's Megite page. Try as I might, I can't find a way to create my own page. I think most likely only big name Internet players have their own. I have to admit, this site is nothing special.
