| Science Daily http://www.sciencedaily.com/ Serious? You don't get enough of that in school and you want it daily now? I guess when we have geeks ruling the world, surely there will be tons of such websites popping up left and right. As a matter of fact I hate science. But this site seems to think that everyone loves science. Demented. They offer news and articles on science and claims to be the resource for the latest research news. I think people who do research in those laboratories with flasks and chemicals are scary. Why the hell would I want to read about what they are doing? Please don't talk to me about health & medicine, earth and climate changes, space and time, matter and energy, computers and maths and all these kind of crazy stuff. They are all Egyptian to me. I don't need to read about DNA, or stem cell research or some alien planet or even some discovery about an ancient city behind my backyard. This is some sort of geek conspiracy to make us care. We will not be mind controlled. |
