Council of Better Business Bureaus (BBB) is a US based council to act as a intermediary between consumers and businesses. Their main purpose is to provide information and to help solve disputes between the two groups. They have more than 130 offices in the US which supports local support for complaints. BBB business members will always have to respond when a complaint is filed against it and thus ensuring that there is communication between businesses and consumers. However, BBB neither endorses and recommends any business to ensure fairness.

World Economic Forum (WEF) is an non-profit international organization whose main objective is to improve the state of the world, especially the economies. They hope to achieve this by engaging world leaders and creating joint partnerships through dialogue and debate. They hold meetings to the leaders of the world to discuss and try to find solutions for the World's economic and social problems. WEF tries to be non-political and fair to all it's members. It was founded by a professor in Switzerland, Klaus M. Schwab in 1971.
